Gotten Period Twice In A Month With Bad Cramps In Lower Stomach

I have gotten my period two times this month first started on the 2nd and ended in the 6th and the next one started on the 14th and hasn't ended yet ive never had any cramps from a period before or any pain at all but now im experiencing some bad cramps in my lower stomach it is not due to exersize or change in diet nothing stress related i have not been on any medications nor have i done anything different for the last 6 years i have been on the pill avion i take it every day at 8 a.m and that has not changed either. So what is wrong with me ?
