Had Novasure, Still Spotting, Very Painful Near The C-section Scar. Suggestions?

Hi! I had novasure done three weeks ago, still spotting but since yesterday the pain is horrible, it woke me up last night. and nothing seems to take it away. This morning was just on my left side and now it just like last night. it s where i have my C-section scar and on the side it s around where my overy is. Thanks
