Have Not Breastfed Since 8 Months. Now Having Leaky Breasts. On Implanon. Cause Of Leakage?

I have a 10 month old son and have not breasfed for 8 months. I dried up after about 4 weeks of not nursing. I am on Implanon for birth control. Lately my breasts have been leaking colostrum , I also have mild cramping. I called my NP and she scheduled a check for Prolactin and Thyroid. Is there something else that could be causing my symptoms? I have had really little to no nipple stimulation.
