Having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility. What Is The Solution For Muscle Weakness Which Does Not Allow Any Mobility?

I m 51, female...I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome Hypermobility. Over the past 10 years i have had muscle weakness. it started off with just problems with my knees caving every now and then and has progressed to my whole body. after doing any work like standing all day cooking christmas dinner , the next day i feel like i was hit by a mac truck. I have problems getting up from a seated position and need help most of the time. I have problems walking and i use a tens units to help with muscle pain. I have been going to a Chiropractor, a Physiotherapist over a 5 year period which has helped. but the fatigue is still there and i m getting weaker all over. but sometimes i feel great and and have no problems for a day or two. i ve had a brain scan and they felt it was normal. Oh and the stiffness i have all over occurs almost everyday. I do take medication for my eyes apo-minocycline 100 mg. which helps me greatly with the stiffness. And o matter how long i sit for 10 min or 20 min to hour i very stiff and i have a hard time moving afterwads. Doctors have not been able to help me and i m just frustrated with not knowing why my muscles are so weak. can you tell me what i could ask my doctor to explore to help me. thanks Mrs M
