Having Fibroids And Polyps, How To Treat Heavy Bleeding With Clots?

I had a more a coil for 4.5 years due to heavy menstrual bleeding. My gp removed the coil and was unable to refit a new one due to partial prolapse of the vaginal wall. I have been experiencing very heavy bleeding with clots and went back to the gp who advised I go and see the gynaecologist. I am very concerned as I have been informed I have fibroids and polyps.? What would happen to me.?
