hi, this is my ultrasound report last july 3,2012 i have enlarged anteverted uterus with thick and heterogenous endometrium probably due to blood/blood clots.uterine mymomas, as describeb. diffuse adenomyosis . normal left ovary. complex stucture within the right adnexal area suggestive of tubo- ovarian complex. moderate cul de sac fluid with echoes probably blood or pus. i was admit in the hospital den my 2nd ultrasoud last july 9,2012 Normal-sized anteverted uterus with thin endometrium; Mayomas uteri, intramural with subserous and intramural; Normal. Bilateral adnexal masses, to consider paratubal vs. paraovarian cysts .why until now i suferng pain every my pieriod?
