Headache, Cramping, Delayed Period After Getting Off Dianette, Practice Safe Sex. Is This Normal After Weaning?

Hi i m 33 years old an I just came off dianette at the start of aug after 7 years. I stopped suddenly before finishing the pack on my doctors advice due to extremely painful migraines. I took my withdrawal bleed on the 4th of aug then a period on the 25th. My partner an I have been using condoms while I m waiting to have the merina coil fitted. I normally have a 25/26 day cycle so I due now but the last 3 days I have had headache an cramping low down as if my period is starting but no bleeding . Is it normal to be this irregular because of coming of contraception? We really have been careful so I don t believe I am pregnant I suppose I can test for that I do hope that s not the case as we have been using protection to avoid pregnancy.
