Hello, I Am Continuing To Experience Pain In My Lower

Hello, I am continuing to experience pain in my lower left abdomen and my lower left back, below my rib cage on my side. I recently had an ultra-sound which showed a growth on my left kidney, had a CT and results were some cysts on my kidney but no disease. I also have urine in my blood, a small amount. I do have a "back" history which includes multiple surgeries, last one 5 or so years ago. Metal in my back. I also had an MRI on my spine which displayed no new trauma. The pain continues to get worse.
