How Accurate Is Primolut?

Hi there i was wandering.how.accurate primolut n is?
Im expected to get my.period on.the.12th of november.
However i am travellinh overseas between the 12th til 24th of november whrn.should i begin takong the pills?
Can u have unprotected.sex on thos medication also and not fall pregnant?
