How Can CPM Be Treated?

Fact: Most physicians will not even give a true attempt to answer a question in regard to cpm. I know this is considered an iatrogenic disease or disorder. I aquired it ten years ago as a result to bariatric surgery. It took almost sixteen months prior to being diagnosed. My own health is slowly getting worse at this time. Most doctors will not even help me at this time any suggestions? G-d Bless....
