How Can I Relieve From Pain Due To The Follicles In Ovaries?

hi, i am 31 and unmarried,i have continuos pain in left and right of pelvic region,i had an ultrasound which showed three ovarian follicles in left and four in right ovary and also a minimal fluid in pid. doctor has given me placentrix and chymoral forte but pain is getting more.please please suggest me.
