How Can A Bartholin Cyst Be Treated?

I had bartholin cyst a couple of years ago on the left side, it was drained twice, then on the right side and had to have surgery to remove it completely. Now the one on the left side, swells up most of the time, specially during intercourse, then settles after, some pain occurs wen it swells up, but when I press it, it just secretes normal transparent discharge that seems to have been blocked. Yesterday, I found brownish secretion coming out of the gland, and my discharge is turning a little towards yellowish white. Does this mean it is infected. Why does it occur like that and how it can be treated?
