How Can Freckles Near The Eyes And Face Be Removed?

Hello im prasad from bangalore, i have freckles near my eyes as well few round the face, i have undergone RF treatment but after it has become much more darker, its been more than a month now. Could any one assist me to get rid of this frekles. I want it to get removed, could any one suggest me. Do you think i need to go for any cosmetic surgery for this to get it removed, it looks very ugly when i look into mirror, pls to suggest me on this...
