How Can I Regain The Facial Hair Growth?

Hello doctor, I am srees from kerala. I am 27 years old. I dont have much of thick mustache and beards. its only at a sprouting stage. My father and grandparents are having very thick mustache and beard. why I am not having such a hereditary gain. My friends and relatives always make fun of me saying this. I need a treatment regarding this. How can i regain the facial hair growth. I really need them so.
