How Can Pain Caused By Mouth And Tongue Ulcers Be Treated?

I'm suffering from mouth and tongue ulcers from last 7-8 years. I have tried all kinds of treatments and consulted varios top doctors. I have also tried homophathic and naturaphathy but no result.These r very painful and i cannot even talk or open my mouth. They even have burning sensation. Kindly suggest something. Thanks.
