How Can Rotator Cuff Injury With Fracture Be Treated?

I had a minute crack in ball joint of mu left shoulder. At the time of iniyial check-up my doctor also suspected some muscle damage around that area, and suspected mild rotator cuff injury. However I still find it difficult to rotate my shoulder a little, there always a pain associated whenever i try to raise my hand above my head. The mobility of this hand is very low. Age- 22 yrs Height- 5ft 11in weight- 70 kgs
