How Can The Vagina Be Tightened?

Dear mam, good afternoon i am 25 years married girl. i have given birth to a baby on 02 Nov 09.it was a normal delivery. But after that delivery inner skin of my vagina come out side this was because of I suffers a lot of cuff during the eight and nine month of pregnancy. and now when i cuffing and sneezing urine come out of my vagina. My vagina is loosed. help me and adviced me to recover it
