doctor, i am sufferring from adverse hair problems. my helath in itself is pretty bad and i am quite careless honestly. and i smoke too. but i have always tried to have luscious hair , all in vain. my sister told me to try biotin tablets. so i got 5 mg biotin tablets by liva healthcare. i also got a b complex syrup along with it. please tell me how i can have thick luscious hair in a short span of time. i dont have any hair left to do any style also. my texture is not bad and i am from the north east. but the volume is decreasing and decreasing. also wanna know how long biotin takes effect and if it is at all worth it..
