How Can Vaginally Lined Cysts Be Treated?

Hi i have developed what look like cysts according to my gynecologist and gotten a pap smear that came bk normal. he prescribed me some medicine for the cysts around the lining of my vagina which he feels are caused by Foliculitis and said to treat it like acne and it should cool dwn being that it is hot and could be adding irritation. but as time passes i have noticed a rash be forming on the tops of my hands, up my arms, armpits and my groin and inner thighs? the dr. says it doesnt look like any std so i should be fine but he ordered a blood test anyway and set me up with an appt. with a dermatolgist next week. the rash seems to spread every day to a new spot. it doesnt itch all the time but there r some times i feel like im having an itch attack! most of the bumps or itching dont even show up or affect me until im in the shower and after. what could this be? im very scared and worried.
