How Dangerous Is The Constant Muscle Pain When On Potassium Supplements?

I am a 43 yr old woman last june I was in icu and on life support due to my potassium level being 1.3 I was completely paralyzed from the neck down they had to put a central line in to pump potassium straight to my heart before I could start moving again. since then I have constant pain in my muscles and cramps I am on potassium supplements and my levels are now normal but I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid and my dr. said its the worst case hes ever seen. my stomach stays bloated so big and my muscles are always hard as a rock all over my body. I am on several new meds to help my thyroid and potassium but my question is. how dangerous is this muscle problem im having is it life threatening?
