How Effective Is Taking Ovumax 5000 Injection For Follicle Rupture?

Hi, Last two months I was given rupture injection (Ovumax 5000) after follicles reached around 19-20mm. Later I got my period on 20th day from rupture injection day.

1. I wonder if the 14 days time is constant for everyone from follicle rupture to periods.
2. If (1) is true, does my follicle rupture only on the 6th day after the injection?
3. This month, one day after the injection, IUI was done without any scanning. I would like to know if it is guaranteed for the follicles to get ruptured within 24 hrs from the time of injection?
4. How can one find whether the follicles have a good quality egg or a cyst
