How Is A Bulky Cervix Treated?

AGE OF MY MOTHER IS 61 YEARS, 2 MONTHS AGO SHE WAS HAVING SPOOTING IN URINE & TODAY ALSO SHE GOT THE SAME SPOTTING . DOCTOR - PRESCRIBED THE WHOLE ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND & PAP SMEAR .uLTRASOUND HAS SHOWN THE BULKY CERVIX & INFLAMATION IN FATTY LIVER .PLS SUGGEST THE DIAGNOSIS ,TREATMENT .
