How Long Would Withdrawal Symptoms From Suboxone Taken For Anxiety Last?

Hi, Dr. Grief, I was trying to get off of my anxiety medication and used suboxone. A friend told me that it was non additive and would help with my withdrawal symptoms. Now, I feel like I m going through withdrawal from the surboxone. I took the strips 2mg-8mg and have only taken it in pieces. For example, I ll cut a small section off and take it. How long does the withdrawal last and can I cold turkey from this. It seems worse than my medication.
