How Much Primolut Should Be Taken For Irregular Menses And Conception?

Hi, I am 27 years old. I'm irregular in my mens. Either i bleed continuously for weeks or when it stops, I don't bleed for months. Now I'm married. I want to have a baby and I haven't got my mens for two month. My gene gave me primolut for 4 days, however i am not sure whether i should take 3 per day or one per day? After that I need to take serophene from day 2 to day 6 of my period. Have you ever had a situation like that?
