How Much Time Does A Greenstick Fracture Take To Recover?

Two weeks following my second cataract surgery, I fell, totally sprawled on my face, hitting hard. Nose was cracked at top, 5 stitches inside my upper lip, cat scan negative, face bruised & bleeding, and upper teeth still painful after 2 weeks. Dentist says I probably had a greenstick fracture (x-rays taken) of upper mandible bone. Antibiotics & mouthwash prescribed. Prognosis & recovery time ??? Thank you.
