How Safe Is Pregnancy For Polio Victim?

I am R.Rajkumar. I got married Oct 21st 2010. My wife was unable to walk. She is affected Polio from her childhood. (Right Leg 90%). She is very confused for her pregnent. Because in case she will pregnent means will affect her life. She think she live long life. So Please advice her for her. I want Child from her. I am Normal person. I am in Retteri, Kolathur.
