How Safe Is Taking Diclogesic Retard 100 For Joint Pain?

Good Morning Doc, I have been taking diclogesic retard 100 mg capsules for the last 10 years to manage my joint pain. Last week after a blood test my creatine was 12 and macroalbumin was 680. Should I stop my pain killer capsule immediately or taper off in a months time. I am 52 years old and weight 95 kgs. Thanks
