How Soon Will The Spine TB Treatment Start?

hi doctor i have started AKT 4 treatment after being confirmed with Spine TB. My LFT readings SGOT & SGPT were very high like 217 and 134. Doctors withheld 3 drugs INH, PZA and RMP and started Levoflox and streptomycin. Please advise how quickly can they restart the medicines and what is the method and sequence ?
