How To Conceive With Blocked Tube?

Hi Doctor, i am a 33 yr old lady. in my right tube i had a ectopic pregnency in July 11. My doctor treated with single dose of Methotraxed. After three months it was diluted. But now after HSG i came to know that my right tube is blocked and the left tube has swelling. so my doctor advised me to go for IVF. its very expensive and we cant afford. is there any natural way to consive in my case? pls help me out.
