How To Conceive?

hì i want to know six months ago ì had dermoid cyst on my left ovary i was removed after so months of not conceiving i went back to my gynca and she gave me this drugs caberlin 0.5,duphaston 10mg,letroz 25mg and ovulet 50mg.will i get pregnant and how long will it cause it now one year and i just cant wait.
