How To Confirm On The Withdrawal Bleeding?

i got a pregnancy terminated through D& C, after 15 days also i had brown discharge, upon ultrasound, it was found the uterus lining was thick than normal, my gynae prescribed meprate for 10 days, after 2 days of stoppinf the med, experiencing, bleeding in morning and in afternoon, it turned to brown dicharge, is it withdrawl bleeding or a normal period? I was 6 weeks period at the time of D&C, and it was a done a month back!. pls.advise. thnks A
