How To Confirm Pregnancy?

my mentrual cycle is not regular so i,ve tried to get pregnant for five months and i didnt achieve pregnancy. then for 2 month i havent cycle, so the doctor gave me lutenyl for five days and he told me that after a couple i will get my cycle, now it is the day 14 after stopping lutenyl and there is no cycle, but at day 13 i recognized a spots of bright red color like pink color on my under wear but no cycle, so what should i do?? and could I be pregnant????
