How To Confirm Pregnancy?

So me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for a while now and every time we have sex he nuts in me. But I have gotten a period but this time it was different I felt more ill and more tensed then before. And before my period came I was getting really bad cramps right above my belly and the top of my belly is still hard and tight and around the sides and below are very loosened . Plus I've been feeling really sick and lazy now and all I want to do is sleep and I have this nasty taste in my mouth . Can I be pregnant?
