How To Cure A Fever Of 101.8F ,cold And Lower Left Abdominal Pain?

I am having 101.8F fever and my last period was on sept-21st another 3days left. I have been having temperature for past 4days with cold and lower left abdomen pain. My scan shows everything normal. I havent confirmed a pregnancy yet and my Doc has asked me not to take any tablets. Can you tel me if these could be symptoms opf pregnancy or if i can take dolo650 for my fever in this case.???????
