How To Cure A Large Painful Boil On The Clitoris?

I have a very large boil (about the size of a grape) near my clitoris. It is EXTREMELY painful. I can barely sit or walk. I put Desitin on it and that help sooth it for a couple of days but it still won't pop. I've looked at it and can kind of see a head but it's to painfull to try and squeeze. I can't take much more of this pain. I've read the campho pheneque works great but I don't know if that's safe to appy to my vagina. Please help me get this thing to pop. I suffer from boils often but not usually this big or painful. HELP.
