How To Cure A Simple Cyst In Right Ovary And Left Ovarian Dominant Follicle?

I have painful periods, sometimes heavy bleeeding during sex (when its not time for my cycle), and now I havent had a period in the last 2 months. I am on a loestrin birthcontol since March. Tests show Im not in menopause. Prior ultrasounds show simple cysts in the right ovary. The report I recieved from a new Ultrasound done Oct 26th states I have simple cysts in right ovary. And, Left ovarian dominent follicle. I have yet to get my period. What does this mean?
