My son fell from the bike and he got some bruises on the knee, and a small haematoma on the forehead.He was wearing a helmet. His neck is sligtly strained. He was not getting any headaches but after few hours when he was eating his dinner he felt like throowing up and he threw up a bit. Please tell me why it happened.
