How To Cure Bump Noticed Between The Thigh And Vaginal Area?

I had a small bump on crease where leg meets vagina (panty line) and when it popped it left a hole in my skin and I can see the tissue and everything. It went away on its own after 2 weeks and appeared to scar. So...I started wearing panties again and it rubbed until the hole was open again. Again for 2 weeks with no sign of healing so I went to see my family physician and he said that it was an infected hair follicle. He gave me antibiotics to take for 10 days to speed up healing process and get rid of any infection and said that it would heal on its own from the inside out. After antibiotics it finally appeared to be healed. Again I wore underwear and it opened back up to a hole again. What can I do to get this area to finally heal properly without recurrence? Its been months and I don t know what else to do. Please help!
