How To Cure Burned Groin After The Radiation Treatment?

what is the treatment for a very excoriated metastatic infiltrate site treated with radiation and has resulted in a grade3 radiation burn to the groin? Is the treatment a dry or wet dressing, a hot or cold compress? The area is very red with areas of pus present.
