How To Cure Burning Sensation On The Skin After Using Undiluted Antiseptic Lotion?

Hi! I'm a 24 year old 69kg 5 5' african girl. I've been having these annoying pimples on the right side of my face for nearly 2 months now. I've used BP, clindamycin gel and even adapalene but the results have not been satisfactory. Last night made a mixture of undiluted savlon and olive oil and applied it to the affected area. I woke up with a burning sensation and immediately washed my face with cold water. The burning sensation has gone down but I'd like to know how I should deal with this. I feel very stupid because I know one shouldn't use undiluted antiseptic on skin but right now all I need is your help. Thanks.
