How To Cure Burning,itching And Dead Skin On Foreskin Of Penis?

Hello! I have done sex with an Harmony condom last week and after 2-3 days I noticed that I have a lot of pain when I try to go back my foreskin (normally I have no problem) and when I've done it was really red and hot (I was not excited). After a few days I still have pain in doing that but now my foreskin is covered with a thin white layer (I suppose is dead skin) and If I rub with my finger It goes out.. This morning I check out and it was also losing some skin if I rub. What might happened? Condom allergy? (That specific condom that I used was in my bag for a lot of time, and in hot temperature sometimes. The sex (with my foreskin back) was a little painful (not normal) because I had the sensation of burning.) This problem only happens in the foreskin and the interior skin that touches the foreskin, the rest of the penis is perfect. Thanks a lot!
