How To Cure Clots Of Size 10mm In Uterus?

Hi, I had a abortion on 9th April using medicine. I had very heavy bleeding then, and it started with in an hour of taking the medicine. My doc had asked me to come for a scan after 15 days so I visited her yesterday. Scan showed that there is some clot of size around 10 mm. My Doctor advised that I take another dose of Misoprostol as DNC is not required. I took the medicine yesterday night and today morning as advised. But this time i am experiencing only light cramps, but no bleeding. Shall I wait or shall I visit my doc now? If I shall wait for how long is it okay to wait?
