How To Cure Extreme Pain Near The Pelvic Region After A Miscarriage?

Hi I unfortunately miscarried my first pregnancy 2 weeks ago at 7.5 weeks. I miscarried naturally at home and stopped bleeding after 10 days. For the last 5 days (since bleeding stopped) I have been having alternating sharp stabbing and dull pulling pains around my pelvic/lower abdo area ( it is hard to pinpoint the exact locations as they are deep) the pain even feels like it could be relate to my hip bone at times-reffered pain?? It is only on my right side. I had a laparoscopy back in Nov to excise endometriosis-this was found unilaterally on my right side. The pains are a combination of endo type pain but also unfamiliar pain. I am worried that endo has returned or the pregnancy/miscarriage has caused damage- could this be possible? what would be the likely cause of these pains be? I also must note that today I now have sore neck again on my right side, but think this may be due to sleeping in wrong position. Thank you in advance
