How To Cure Headache And Dizziness?

I went to ER because of paint fumes causing nausea dizziness and headache. I was dehydrated almost passing out. That was 6 days ago . Istill have headache and dizziness my head feels heavy and sometimes hard to consintrate. What can I do to get rid of symptoms?
