hi doctor my wife is suffering from high/irregular bleeding.after a ultra sound test i have come to know a 6.6x5cm subserous fibroid is seen from the left lateral wall.the cervix is bulky and shows small nabothian follicles. kindy suggest me your valuable advice thanks.
