How To Cure Itchiness And Little Pimple In The Left Leg?

I am a female 42 yrs old & in the last few months have been itching like crazy on the front of my lower legs it is the only area that itches. I have been putting benadryl lotion on it & it helps but usually in evenings & mornings it itches like crazy. I wake up to broken skin & sometimes blood from where I had itched while sleeping. I notice little pimple like marks like razor bumps. I use moisturizer/lotion when I get out of the shower & have been for over 20 years. Please advise!! Thank U :)
