How To Cure Itchy Flesh Colored Bumps On Right Wrist?

I am a 128lb, 5'2", 18 year old and I was laying in bed watching T.V. ,when I noticed my right wrist (area under and outside the thumb) had some (itchy) flesh colored bumps on it (3 of them,1 large, 2 small) then my hand started going numb begining with the pinky. I did have these bumps before when I was at college and they were very itchy but after a while, they went away. I don't think they are spider bites 'cause my hand was in full view both times nor do they burn or bubble like a spider bite usually does. I am not allergic to anything but my mom's side of the family has a history of diabetes and heart problems.
