How To Cure Leg Numbness, Nausea And Dizziness During Periods?

My 15 year old daughter gets numbness in her legs during her period and feels nauseous and dizzy. Some months it is so severe that she has to miss school. what can be done to help reduce this feeling of pain and numbness so that she can function normally?
