How To Cure Lump On The Shin After Hitting?

I was hit in the inside flat part of the shin by a line drive during a softball game about 2 weeks ago. It swelled up to about 4-5” around and 1.25” out. 80% of The swelling went away by the next day. The injury never hurt to walk or run on. Bruising is going away. I now have a lump about 2” across and ½” high. It’s a little tender to touch and just below the lump is a little numb. What should I do?? Will the lump go away?
