How To Cure Pain In Pelvis,abdomen And Thigh Region?

I am a 36 year old black female. Last month and this month I noticed that I am having more pain in my pelvis, abdomen and in my thighs. Very tender as if I have pulled a muscle. I also found out I have uterine fibroids ever since I was 29 years old. Help!
